1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing, accessing, or using the Hatta Systems AI Agent, Real Estate Digital Lead System, or any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or use the Service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Hatta Systems provides AI-driven lead reactivation and appointment setting services for Real Estate professionals. This includes the configuration of AI software, script implementation, and CRM integration. This is a B2B (Business to Business) service designed for active Real Estate Agents.

3. BILLING AND RECURRING PAYMENTS

By purchasing the Hatta Systems AI Agent, you expressly authorize Hatta Consulting LLC to charge your payment method as follows:

• Initial Payment: A charge of $498.00 will be applied immediately upon purchase.

• Recurring Subscription: You will be charged $498.00 every 30 days automatically.

• Duration: This subscription continues indefinitely until you cancel.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@hattasystems.com at least 24 hours before your next billing cycle.

4. REFUND POLICY & PARTNERSHIP GUARANTEE

Unlike standard digital products, this Service involves manual labor, setup costs, and proprietary AI configuration. Therefore, we do not offer "no-questions-asked" refunds for change of mind.

However, we stand behind our results with our 90-Day Partnership Guarantee:

• The Goal: We guarantee the AI will generate at least 5 qualified appointments within your first 30 days of active deployment.

• Eligibility for Refund: If we fail to hit this goal, you are eligible for a refund of your first month's payment ($498) OR 60 days of free service, provided you meet the "Client Obligations" below.

• Exclusions: Refunds are NOT granted if:

  1. You fail to provide the required lead data (CSV or CRM access) within 72 hours of purchase.

  2. You disconnect the AI or revoke CRM access during the 30-day period.

  3. You do not respond to support team requests for calibration.

  4. You purchase the "Unlimited Fast-Track Upgrade" (Upsell), which is non-refundable due to the immediate unlocking of digital limits.

5. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

To ensure the success of the AI, you agree to:

• Provide access to your CRM or a CSV file of at least 150 "dead" or "old" leads.

• Allow the AI to operate 24/7 on the designated leads.

• Assume responsibility for following up with leads once an appointment is booked.
  
  

6. FAST-TRACK UPGRADE (OTO)

If you purchase the Unlimited Fast-Track Upgrade ($197 One-Time), you acknowledge that this grants you immediate priority setup status and unlimited conversation licenses. Due to the immediate delivery of these digital rights, sales of the Fast-Track Upgrade are final and non-refundable.

7. EARNINGS DISCLAIMER

While we provide a guarantee on appointments, Hatta Systems does not guarantee that these appointments will result in closed deals or specific commission income. Your success depends on your ability to close the appointments generated by our AI.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hatta Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the 30 days prior to the claim.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
